College Financial Aid Assistance Workshop
Effective financial aid planning requires knowledge of all the elements of the entire financial aid process. This workshop provides you with the opportunity to learn the terminology – FAFSA, TAP, the difference between grants and scholarships, what work study is, and all loans – Stafford, Perkins, subsidized, unsubsidized, student, Parent Plus, and private. Find out about the new American Education Tax Credit, the Lifetime Learning Credit, and the tuition deduction.
