What to Bring

If we did not prepare your return last year bring:

• Copy of last year’s tax return
• Social security cards for taxpayer, spouse, and all dependents
• Dates of birth for all individuals claimed on tax return

If you gained a dependent during the year bring:

• Social security card for that dependent
• Date of birth for that dependent
